The Philosophy
At How to Human, we teach a new way of being — one that begins in your body and brings the rest of your life into alignment from there.
You'll learn to reconnect with your instincts and let them guide you through the evolution from who you thought you were supposed to be… to who you came here to be.
This is not healing or self-improvement. It’s a return to your inner roadmap — through the reconnection of communication between body, mind, and source.
Your life is not something to fix.
It’s yours to create.

The School
How to Human is a school for alignment through action — teaching you to embody what you know and live from what you feel.
It begins in the body, where instinct and intelligence reconnect, and expands into every area of your life — your health, purpose, relationships, and expression.
Through movement, awareness, and aligned action, you’ll learn to restore communication between your body, mind, and source — and live from that connection.
The journey unfolds in three phases, guiding you from reconnection to expansion to full alignment with the life you’re here to create.

The Creator
As someone who spent years disconnected from my own instincts, I know what it’s like to live from the neck up — chasing healing through thinking instead of alignment through feeling.
We’re not taught how to move our bodies or listen to our inner signals — and it’s no wonder so many of us feel lost in our own lives.
I created How to Human to change that.
To help you reconnect to your body, remember your design, and live from the truth of who you are.

I came in thinking this would help my posture. I left with a completely new relationship to my body — and a calm I haven’t felt in years.
Sarah, Life Alignment Client
For the first time, I’m not overthinking every decision. I can feel what’s right for me — and actually trust it.
Janet, How to Human Graduate
This isn’t therapy or fitness. It’s learning how to be human again — and it’s changed everything.
