Dr. Kate Flynn is not here to give you more information—you already have enough of that. She’s here to guide you through the process of actually living your design, breaking free from conditioned patterns, and stepping fully into alignment with who you were always meant to be.


With a background in biology, exercise science, and chiropractic, Kate combines a deep understanding of the body with the precision of Human Design to help Generators and Manifesting Generators stop overthinking, reconnect with their sacral response, and create a life that actually fits.

She’s spent her own life testing, breaking, and rebuilding—figuring out what actually works when it comes to deconditioning. She’s been through the fire, and now she’s here to guide you through it, too.
