Not for the flows. For full benefit of the additional movement practices, you’ll want a few basics (looped resistance bands, yoga blocks, and a gym ball).
Yes. Each flow takes just 3–6 minutes. Consistency is what makes the difference.
No problem. This isn’t a crossfit class — these are practical movements your body is designed to do.
