It’s a powerful, intuitive session that helps you uncover and correct subtle energetic misalignments that are keeping you stuck—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Most people don’t need more tools. They need structure, clarity, and the right starting point.

What Happens During a Session

Every Life Alignment session begins with one powerful question:


What do you actually want to experience in your life?

I’ll guide you through setting a clear, specific intention. Then, using a custom-designed protocol—unique to my practice and built to bypass the logical mind—we work directly with your body to:

  • Engage your intuition and inner authority

  • Identify which of 14 core misalignments are showing up beneath the surface

  • Discover exactly what your system needs to come back into alignment

This isn’t linear, and it’s not logical—but it works. And it works beautifully.

 

By the end of your session, you’ll have:

  • A clear understanding of what’s been off

  • Direct insight into how to correct it

  • An intuitive, actionable plan to align with your intention

Sessions are 50 minutes and can be done virtually or in person.
